Your modes of payments differ through the modes of booking. If you want to pay through cash only,
then kindly book through our designated ticket sales counters at the airports or through any of Star Air’s authorized travel agents.

We do not support booking and holding. To complete your booking process you need to pay instantly irrespective of which mode of booking you choose.
Yes, you will get an electronic ticket when you book.
You need to manage booking through our website https://starair.in through the Manage Booking option, you will have multiple options where you can modify, change, cancel your ticket and also opt for various other services provided on your itinerary.
Yes, Star Air does provides Online Check-in facility 12 Hours before the departure of the flight. We encourage Online Check-in and have a hazel free trip with Star Air.
You can only use a single card, either debit or credit, at the time of booking; no multiple cards allowed.
Once you book a confirmed ticket, a confirmed PNR is generated and will be sent to you through SMS to your registered mobile; an email will also be sent to your email id, if provided.

Once you book your ticket, you will receive an Email and SMS on your registered email and mobile number. You can also print your itinerary from our Website. In case you need a printed itinerary from us, you can visit our booking counter and request for an additional print copy. A charge of Rs. 100/- will be charged for the printed copy.
Yes, you can cancel or change your booking at any point of time before the departure of the flight. However, the cancellation charges as per terms & conditions will apply. The same will be in case of change of ticket.
No, a ticket cannot be exchanged with anyone else in any case.
Star Air provides Refund of the Confirmed PNR under various situations. The refunds will be made on the same channels through which a passenger paid for the booking. For example, if you pay through cash, a cash refund as applicable will be given. In case of a booking done through Debit or Credit Card, the refund will be returned to the same Debit or Credit Card.
Yes, Star Air allows UNM to travel as per the Conditions of Carriage. However, an additional charge will be imposed as per the Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
You must book your meal online at least 8 hours before the scheduled departure.

No, Star Air does not allow any name changes of any booking.
