Minimum requirements
1. 10+2/ Candidates pursuing Graduation can Apply. 2. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi Mandatory. 3. 1-2 year experience in a call centre /customer service environment Is a prerequisite. 4.Smart personality, well Spoken and Should possess customer oriented Attitude . 5. Team Player ,Flexible and willing to work in rotational 24/7 shifts. 6.IT Savvy with Good Working knowledge of Excel Required. 7. Male Candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Managing inbound &outbound calls 2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers feel valued. 3. Assisting customer's queries resolving complaints related to their booking & reservations. 4.Target driven job with attractive incentives
