Key Responsibilities
Put together the schedule for new aircraft being inducted into the fleet based on case studies conducted on market potential. Drafting and planning revised schedule on account of reduction in the fleet on account of AOG / re-delivery of aircraft. Preparing schedule for Winter/Summer Season. To collaborate with Sales, Airport teams to jointly maximize revenues on assigned flights. Planning and execution of domestic and international air charters. Work in close coordination with the Revenue/sales Optimization team to ensure schedule changes are updated on a regular basis on the system. Advising the Marketing team on an efficient basis with enough lead time on new flights being started enabling proper marketing support activities could be initiated Construct Market Forecast / Route Pattern for Aircraft Import requirements. Create periodic/intermittent reports for submission to regulatory bodies. Generate short-term to long-term and network plans in coordination with Commercial and operational departments. Strategize seasonal schedule design for optimal network and aircraft utilization. Analysing Schedule design parameters to ensure operationally feasible, efficient, reliable and stable network. Managing Slot portfolios and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for the product, OTP improvement Schedule Publication and Distribution.
