Minium requirements
1. Education Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate. 2. Nature of Experience: Prior experience in Airline partnership / Hotel Distribution. 3. High degree of commercial acumen supported by data. 4. Technology driven with understanding of latest distribution and payment trends. 5. End to end product delivery management. 6. Good communication & project management skills. 7. Highly entrepreneurial and should have a track record of achieving or surpassing defined targets. 8. Years of Experience: 7+ Years

key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for API, Travel Agent Website and PSS distribution channels for the airlines. 2. Responsible for strengthening and expanding distribution network, partnering with OTA S, Content aggregator with strict control on cost of distribution. 3. Work closely with key B2C OTA partners in India and overseas on revenue initiatives such as fare upsell, ancillary services, special category fares and various promotional and tactical campaigns. 4. Responsible for creating product and feature roadmap for all distribution channels and engage with leadership to define the priorities based on cost benefit analysis and ROI. 5. Stay updated on innovation and latest trends in payment landscapes and work with internal stakeholders to enable such payment methods across all channels to enhance distribution. 6. Identify opportunities and build new distribution channels and increase our share of business from these channels. 7. Lead projects with cross functional teams to ensure a seamless distribution and sale of ancillaries on all channels. 8. Work with sales teams and all channels to ensure availability of such ancillary products across multiple channels (website, offline/online travel agents, etc.) and incentive plans for channel partners to drive sale of ancillary products. 9. Analyse data around product and channel mix to devise strategies in order to obtain the desired product and channel mix. 10. Work with multiple stakeholders to optimize revenue across all channels and points of sale.
