key Responsibilities
1. Maintain existing client relationships and seek to deepen relationships status; 2. Actively search for new potential markets and clients 3. Conduct effective, well-prepared and intelligent negotiations with clients 4. Handle incoming calls and web inquires for wholesale and retail client charter requests 5. Create and participate in all marketing efforts 6. Obtain thorough understanding of all services and support functions 7. Prepare personalized quotes, sales documents, and client agreements 8. Follow up and diligently maintain the new inquiry process 9. Book, accommodate changes to, and confirm details for charter trips 10. Arrange ancillary services requested by client 11. Watch over trip and details to ensure successful charter experience 12. Assist and expedite invoicing by tracking all expenses and revenue on each trip 13. Coordinate with Flight Operations Team to deliver superior and consistent levels of service 14. Establish, implement and execute client contacts and follow up program 15. Constantly seek ways to be aware of all industry developments and competitive interests Charter Sales Manager is responsible for providing charter solutions and trip support for retail and wholesale clients. The Charter Sales Manager is an account manager for their assigned charter customers and will also provide support to other departments as needed.
